About the event

The Workshop Innovation Camp – Dialogue is a week-long intensive workshop bringing together students from the UNINOVIS network and a delegation from VETO, Finland. The camp offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from peers whose entire academic formation is built around the skills being taught: dialogue, team learning, and systems thinking.

Through interactive workshops, guided exercises, and a shared group project, participants will build practical competencies that are increasingly sought after in professional and academic environments alike.

What participants are gaining this week

  • Dialogue skills — structured techniques for meaningful, productive conversation in work and study settings, facilitated by students who practise these methods daily
  • Team learning — collaborative methods drawn directly from the VETO curriculum at TAMK, one of Finland's most innovative degree programmes
  • Systems thinking — a broader perspective on complex problems and how to approach them strategically
  • International connections — exchanges between students from Finland and partner universities across the UNINOVIS Alliance
  • Hands-on project work — a real, student-directed group assignment running across the final days of the week

The event is organised jointly by the University of Tirana and VETO students from TAMK, as part of the broader UNINOVIS Alliance collaboration. It reflects the Alliance's commitment to peer-driven, cross-border learning experiences that go beyond the classroom.
