About the event
The BIP "Culture, Languages and Responsible and Sustainable Tourism" is an innovative mobility programme co-organised with the University Sorbonne Paris Nord and the University of Malaga. It is open to students from UNINOVIS member universities and is designed to build intercultural, analytical, and professional skills in the field of responsible tourism and heritage management.
The programme focuses on semi-peripheral destinations, such as the Caserta area north-east of Naples, where cultural heritage and sustainable tourism meet real community needs. Students will engage directly with local actors, social cooperatives, and heritage sites.
Why it matters: sustainable tourism requires professionals who can connect cultural heritage with social and ethical responsibility. This BIP offers students direct exposure to real communities, local tourism operators, and internationally recognised academics working at that intersection.
