UNINOVIS warmly invites you to take part in the Staff Development BIP Week, hosted by Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK). This international week brings together colleagues from across the UNINOVIS alliance to strengthen collaboration, exchange expertise, and shape future goals for European cooperation in higher education.
The programme combines an online kick-off session with an intensive on-site week in Tampere, offering space for inspiration, dialogue, and joint development around key strategic themes for UNINOVIS.
What to Expect
General Programme Themes
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) – integrating emerging technologies into teaching, collaboration, and support services
- Micro-credentials – flexible learning models, recognition of smaller learning units, and cross-institutional compatibility
- Excellence Hubs – strengthening thematic clusters for high-quality education, research, and innovation
Track-based Discussions
- COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) – joint course development, virtual exchange, and international student engagement
- RDI (Research, Development & Innovation) – collaboration on projects, innovation ecosystems, shared initiatives, and funding opportunities
The preliminary overarching theme for the on-site week is the use of AI in teaching and higher education practices. A detailed programme and speaker lineup will be shared early next year.
