UNINOVIS Staff BIP week consists of two parallel tracks as well as common sessions. Please see the preliminary program below.
Programme Tracks
Track 1: Designing BIPs & COILs
Create engaging, cross-border learning experiences that blend virtual and physical mobility.
Track 2: Creating Successful Project Applications
Learn how to craft competitive proposals and manage international projects effectively.

Preliminary Program
A detailed preliminary programme will be shared with registered participants. The programme includes:
Track 1: Designing BIPs & COILs
Hands-on workshops and collaborative sessions on creating Blended Intensive Programmes and Collaborative Online International Learning experiences.
Track 2: Project Application Development
Practical sessions on writing successful project proposals, budget planning, and project management for international collaborations.
Common Sessions
Plenary sessions, networking events, and cultural activities bringing all participants together to strengthen the UNINOVIS community.
